We deliver globally (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions) with two shipping options designed to match your needs:

Free Shipping
– Carrier: EMS
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Our Return Philosophy

We understand that finding the perfect fit requires the same precision as our pattern-making process. If any piece doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date—giving you time to evaluate each item with the same care we put into its creation.

Note on Final Sale Items:
Like our limited-edition drops, certain items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes select swimwear (for hygiene reasons) and bodysuits with removed tags.

The Return Process

  2. Package Your Items: Return items in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached—just as you received them.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our Seattle studio using a trackable method. While we don’t cover return shipping, we’ll process your refund with the same speed as our express checkout.
  4. Confirmation: We’ll email you when your return is processed, typically within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same steps as returns, noting your desired replacement item. We’ll honor the original purchase price if exchanging for a different size or color of the same style.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed with the same efficiency as our garment-dying techniques:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
